Making her way across the Tasman, Silvie Paladino will be joining Michael Bolton as part of his Symphony Tour, performing at The Civic for one night only on June 19.

Star of the international stage, Silvie has sung in concert with all the major orchestras across Australia and also performed in concerts, musicals and special events throughout Asia, the USA, and the UK. She will be lending her vocal talent to songs from Michael’s impressive catalogue for some very special duets with the multiple Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter and social activist.

One of Australia’s most versatile and talented entertainers, Silvie began her career at just 18 in the Australasian tour of Les Misérables, which then took her to London’s West End. A talented performer in musical theatre, her credits include roles in HairCatsMiss Saigon, and MammaMia!, as well as her own one-woman show Silvie Paladino Sings Streisand. She has also featured at many special events such as the worldwide telecast of the Rugby League Grand Final, the Australian Football League Grand Final, Boxing Day Cricket Test and a concert in Beijing, as part of the 2008 Olympics. She is also a recording artist in her own right.

The MICHAEL BOLTON SYMPHONY TOUR will feature Michael and Silvie performing with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra to take fans on a musical journey of Michael’s Greatest Hits – those he has released himself and those he has written for others.
