Music News - Chris William releases single 'Out of Sight'

Chris William is a singer-songwriter and bassist from Christchurch.
His first single in two years, Out of Sight, will be released on all major digital platforms on May 4. It's the title track from the forthcoming eight track EP, which will be released in August, followed by a tour of NZ's main centers. Prior to this, he will release a second single in July.
The EP was mostly self-recorded, mixed by Shannon Fowler (of Tom Lark) and mastered by Ben Delany (Marlon Williams, Aldous Harding, Nadia Reid).
Chris' songs blend his love of soul, folk and electronic music into swirling soundscapes ripe with emotion and tension. Chords played on the bass collide with stirring vocal harmonies and rich synth textures.
