Thee Rum Coves release new single 'Over and Over'

05 May 2017 - 0 Comments

Auckland alt-rockers Thee Rum Coves are pleased to announce the release of Over and Over, the first single from their forthcoming E.P. Out Tonight set for release on May 26th.

Born in the laboratory from the DNA of The Kinks, The Sonics, Dr Feelgood and The Buzzcocks, Thee Rum Coves come blasting into your lounge like a sputnik of joy.

Over & Over's front heavy drums, dynamic guitar riffs, soaring harmonies and a catchy as hell chorus transport us to a 70's Who concert in all its frenetic glory.

The track also showcases the new line up consisting of Jake Harding, Jimmy Christmas, Tomas Marin and Treye Liu channelling Keith Moon on percussion.

TheOut TonightE.P. was recorded by Eddie Castelow (Dictaphone Blues) at the Lab, capturing the intensity of the band at the top of their game.

Influences shine through from the intense The Jam / Suburban Reptiles inspired 'Out Tonight', through to the Dr Feelgood energy of Tell Me Something I Don’t Know.

Over and Over is now available as a complimentary download on Bandcamp for NZ Music Month. Also available oniTunes, Spotify and all good digital providers.
