SAILOR CELEBRATE 40 YEARS WITH THEIR MATES THE BAND OF BROTHERS
Hello Sailor's 40th Anniversary tour is selling fast and to keep up with public demand further shows have been added at Christchurch's Isaac Theatre Royal and Auckland's Powerstation.
This is a very rare experience to see Sailor deliver their songs and swagger in truly special New Zealand venues!
Along for the ride is some of kiwi music best known artists the Band Of Brothers - a supergroup comprising of some of Sailor's earliest musical comrades. Band of Brothers will unite for the tour to perform a full set of some of New Zealand's best-loved and best-known songs drawn from their respective bands including Th' Dudes, The Exponents, Split Enz, The Mockers, DD Smash and more...
Hello Sailor guitarist Harry Lyon is excited to get together with some of his oldest friends "These guys have been around since we were all in flares. Having them as part of our 40th anniversary tour is such an honour and I couldn't think of a more talented group of friends to enjoy it with."
The guys will be rocking out over two electric sets with both bands combining at the end of the night for the ultimate 40th Anniversary finale!
Tickets for the Powerstation and Isaac Theatre Royal concerts go on sale from 12pm NZ on Monday 10th August! Tickets for other shows throughout the country are on sale now!
