The Back to Basics series is aimed at those who are new to management and wish to learn about the fundamentals of the music industry.
The session will focus on all the information new managers need to know including;
· writing basic contracts
· setting up your bands businesses
· how to put together a strategic plan for your band
· the difference between marketing and promo
· how to write a press release
· putting together a press pack
· how to plan a CD release and
· how to put together a tour.
