FAR EAST MOVEMENT

ANNOUNCE TOUR OF AUSTRALIA & NZ THIS SEPTEMBER!

Champagne at the ready – fans are sure to rejoice at the news current ‘it’ band FAR EAST MOVEMENT are returning Australian shores and making their first trip to NZ this September for a series of shows!

The US electro-hop group rocketed to notoriety with smash hit ‘Like A G6’ and show no signs of settling down any time soon, especially now that their brand new album Dirty Bass (out through Universal)has been unleashed.

Last single ‘Live My Life’ features Justin Bieber and has been described as an ‘anthemic all-night dance party’ and now ‘Turn Up The Love’ has peaked at # 2 on the NZ itunes chart.

Having already toured alongside some of the biggest, hottest names in the business including Lady Gaga, Jay-Z, Rihanna and Lil Wayne, Far East Movement can’t wait to take the party from the streets of LA back to the dance floors of Australia and New Zealand.

Far East Movement will be joined in Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney by American pop duo KARMIN, best known for their massively popular single ‘Brokenhearted’.

New Zealand openers, Jupiter Project is the collaboration of vocalist Correia and music producer Marty Rich. The two met at an end of semester party while studying at college and went into the studio in 2009 to try their hand at producing tracks together. The result was a refreshing sound encompassing genres like indie rock, alternative hip-hop and electronica, gaining comparison to the likes of N.E.R.D, Theophilus London and Phoenix.

Singles ‘Catch Me’, and ‘Hook Up Girl’ have made waves at kiwi radio and the group are set to release their debut album later this year.

Don’t miss the chance to get your dance on to one of the world’s hottest bands - Far East Movement!

It is with great disappointment that The Frontier Touring Company must announce the cancellation of Far East Movement’s tour of Australia and New Zealand scheduled for this month.

"Australian/NZ fam: we are sad to announce that we have to postpone our upcoming tour of your countries. We had some last-minute issues with our working visas that are now preventing us from travelling over there to rock for y'all. We gotta shout out every single basshead that was gonna come out and party with us in New Zealand and Australia. We appreciate your support and are working hard so that we can come back and perform for y'all asap. Until then keep turning up the love and spreading that dirty bass. Much love, Far East Movement."

AUCKLAND: All refunds will be made from point of purchase. The Edge Ticketing will contact all patrons direct with further details. Customer queries should be directed to 09 357 3355 or [email protected]
