An Emerald City are pleased to announce the national release of their self titled ep ‘An Emerald City’ on April 14th 2008 on Monkey Records via Rhythm Method. To celebrate this debut release An Emerald City will throw a soiree in the form of a release party at the renowned Ambassador Theatre in Pt. Chevalier, Auckland on Saturday April the 19th 2008.

Since their inception in late 2005, Auckland band An Emerald City have strived for musical experimentation and liberation. Organic instrumentation and sounds of the east meet psychedelia with guitars and violin are at the centre of this original and unique 6 piece.
