Z Amigos is a band based in Hamilton.
The music Z Amigos delivers is an innovative mixture. Their pop-rock undercurrent incorporates genres from heavy metal and hardcore to folk and classical. Then there's rap, country and reggae too.
With crazy humor or hard hitting messages, Z Amigo's songs can be loud, quiet, serious or silly. They bring with them a message - all the members are Christians, their songs reflecting their spirituality.
Adam and Brenz formed Z Amigos in 2001 as a drama group. Kraz and Jason came on board in 2002, and Z.A began to play music. In 2003 they decided to become a band, and Kane joined too on keys. Kane left in 2004, but keys were replaced by flute when Tom joined.
Z Amigos love to perform live with their energetic stage performance. Brought together through faith, humour, love of music and desire to make people have fun, Z Amigos have big plans ahead, so look out for them.
