Hearts Recycled is a four-piece outfit from New Plymouth, whose style seamlessly fuses melodic screamo, punk, acoustic and blues with a hint of metal guitar.

Kept in line by Jack, "the greatest drummer who ever lived", and Taylor's powerful basslines and majestic stage presence, lead guitarist Kane channels Kirk Hammet while Knick's rhythm guitar blends perfectly with his emotive vocals and energetic performance.

All four members have been in bands before, and the group is constantly writing music in an ongoing effort to improve. Originality and quality is a focus for Hearts Recycled, which hopes to have an EP available by the end of the year. Five songs have already been completed.
