Bio

Formerly known as Scene From Behind, Grannypash are a new Hamilton-based band, made up of ex-members of Not Negotiable and The Stuffers. Formed at the beginning of 2002, the ska band has the distinction of, at time of writing, being the only all-female ska band in New Zealand.

The members of Grannypash are all currently at high school and have recently competed in the Waikato Regional Rockquest, where they took away the award for 'Stage Image' and trombonist Nadine won the 'Female Musicianship Award'.
