Cold By Winter breaking up

According to the bands MySpace Page, Cold By Winter are calling it a day with their final gig being at The Kings Arms (Auckland) on December 1.
We're not happy to hear this news, especially as CBW played at our 5th birthday gig a few years back - and we would like to wish all of the members good luck with their new projects.
