The Incisions were founded in Christchurch in 1997. They were first heard on the 'No thanks to NZ on Air' compilation. Then Fast Food Records released the track 'R&B Motherfucker' on their 'Rock 'n' Roll Music Is My Only Salvation' compilation.
Now, Andrew Tolley - creator of The Bloody Souls and The Hasselhoff Experiment has The Incisions on his Kato record label.
