Cynical Ploy hail from New Plymouth and were formed in 1997. Penned as "Going off like bumble bee in a jam jar" and "AC/DC meets Shihad on steriods!". This four piece are a great live act not to be missed.
They have supported such acts as The D4, The Rock n Roll Machine, Atomizer, Sticky Filth, Inebriation, Wrath and many more.
Cynical Ploy recorded and released thir debut EP 'Enjoy' in 2001. 'Enjoy' features 4 tracks and opens with the crowd favorite 'More For Us' and weaves its way through some of the ploys earliest and most memerable tracks.
