Blair has formed a new group which has become more of band in it's own right, thus moving away from the ex Wellington singer-songwriter' s previous 'backing band' styles. You can look forward to a more organic, laid back and tight little four piece with some impressive and interesting combinations of Auckland musos.

The Blair Giles Band plays accoustic rock that has a strong melody in one hand and gentle fubnk in the other.

The new EP titled 'The Northern Outpost' recorded at the end of 2004 contians six tracks including the popular 'So Fine'.
