Bio

Previously known as Uncle Sam, RSI were formed in Christchurch in 2000. RSI have supported most of the major NZ punk acts, including Kitsch, Blake and Brubeck as well as American act The Ataris.

RSI recorded and released their debut album in 2002 and relocated to Wellington in 2003. RSI encompass several styles within the Punk genre most notably Skate Punk and Emo with a dash of hardcore. At times compared to Good Riddance and NZ acts Kitsch and Sommerset, RSI seeks to expand and develop its sound over time.

RSI stands for Reality Sets In.
