Promise of Bloodshed formed in mid-2000 and have played gigs with bands such as Day One.

Promise Of Bloodshed's influences include Cannibal Corpse, Day Of Suffering, Pyrexia, Reprisal, Hatebreed, Deformity, Grimlock, Slayer, Pantera, Liar, Disembodied and Slaverc.

Promise Of Bloodshed is a hardcore band from Auckland sounding similar to bands like Day Of Suffering, All Out War, Hatebreed and Slavearc. Promise Of Bloodshed recorded a demo CD in August of 2001 which was self released.

Promise of Bloodshed make no bars about the fact that they are 100% hardcore... always have been, and always will be.

Promise of Bloodshed opened up for Hatebreed & Throwdown on their recent New Zealand tours reminding dancefloors that they are one of NZ's heaviest hardcore acts to come out... ever.
