POC PUNK, noun, adj. When people o.f colour take on punk in an effort to decolonise, destabilise and revolutionise music - one mind, one show, one scene, at a time. eg. Melting Pot Massacre is a POC PUNK band who identifies with hardcore feminist punk, as an attitude, not a genre, to music.
