Birthed on cold autumn night in March 2009, Lukah's seeds were planted when lead singer Sean and Mark (lead guitarist) came together to collaborate ideas.

After forming as a full band in October (with the inclusion of Cam, Johnny D & Emma - "the lady of Lukah") Lukah have produced 16 songs, played live in some of Auckland's top music venues, and now - are releasing their first EP 'Back to the Start'.

Their musicianship and memorable melodies come under influences such as Coldplay, the Killers, Kings of Leon, U2 and Pearl Jam.
