El Bajo

Bio

Formed late 2008 in Auckland NZ, El Bajo have been beavering away in the studio, finely honing a blend of progressive, groove-based driving rock into a monster that they are proud to call their own.

A slick unit of experienced musicians who have cut their teeth in a number of well-received bands over the last 10-15 years, El Bajo is a class act - loud and tight as hell, bleeding raw energy and aggression.

Tight groove-based drumming fighting alongside angular bass and furious guitar lines, capped with intricate guitar explorations and vocal gymnastics soaring over the top.

Like a freight train on fire. Hot enough for the girls. Heavy enough for the boys. In-your-face delivery and intelligent songwriting aimed at pushing the boundaries of Rock, both here and abroad. Music that is challenging themselves and hopefully, you.

Band Members:
Scott Burst (guitar)
Corne 'Corn Dog' Coetzee (guitar)
Neil 'Model Citizen' Armstrong (bass)
Henrik 'The Viking' Rylev (drums)
Adam C Jackson (vocals)
