Formed in the bowels of West Aucklands Henderson 'Dread the dawn' is a combination of friends an demons alike. Through beer fueled jamming sessions the band has managed to summon their Heavy Metal sound after months of jamming an unexpected lineup changes.

The sounds of rebellion, mental deterioration and the pressure of societies collapse pulled together with sharp guitar melodies and vicious catchy vocal aggression wrapped up in a heavy bass filled burst of head banging drum beats. Dread the dawn is beginning their journey of brutality this year, 2009.
