Joshua Webb (aka J-Dub) is an international pop/rap artist raised in the east of Auckland, New Zealand. In 2008 he performed at the Parachute Music Festival mixing with artists like Switchfoot, Adeaze, Spacifix, Red & Israel Houghton. He has spent time in the USA in 2006 & 2008 performing, doing radio interviews & TV appearances in Atlanta, Georgia. Although he is yet to release an official single he has had radio play & done interviews for major & domestic stations in New Zealand. He has also performed at community events, schools, churches, shopping centres & major events.
He is currently in the studio working to finish his debut album in late 2008 including radio singles & video clips. With catchy hooks, phat beats & tight rhymes tracks like ‘Turn Up The Pain’ & ‘J-Dub (Is On Ya System)’ which both have featured on Fame Games (Indie music com.) radio played throughout the UK, Europe, Australia & the USA.
