Ten Pound Baby is a self-started aspiring comedy folk group based at Pakuranga College in East Auckland. It is the fifth most popular band of its kind and you must admit, that's mighty impressive for these dazzling young lads who have brought you such classics as the 'Anne Frank Blues' and 'Pizza Boy Love Song'.
Currently there are three members.
The IRISH, and overly proud Tynan Burkhardt.
The deadly Asian dude, Jacky Shuai, who scares away cute animals and year 9s.
And who could forget the heart, soul, and fluff of the band, Robert Meili.
The idea for the band's name, came from a baby one of Robert's teacher's had.
Who happened to be ten pounds.
