Bio

Ward 4, been around since April '06; met online through the RockShop's classifieds.

Drummer Mr Dingle & guitarist Gzuz Gould were finding it hard to obtain an bass player without short term memory loss in the town of Roto-Vegas. Bass Player Branes was finding it just as hard to jam with anyone over in Tauranga. The 1st session went well, slogging through Strokes n' White Stripes... then the 2nd... then the 3rd... until it was realised less booze & a proper singer would be a good idea... at least 'One Lesson' was heeded.

Mr Dingle spotted Stiff Sparke at Rotorua's Mo's Tavern, doing Elvis covers on Karaoke Night. Stiff agreed to give it a try, dropped off a few pieces of music equipment, then took another two months before finally showing up to sing. When he finally did, things just seemed to come together.

Ward 4 takes its name from that part of section of Roto's hospital where people who see things differently are looked after in comfort. Ward 4 enjoys home brewing. Ward 4 uses Jansen.

Band Members:
Stephen 'Stiff' Sparke (vocals)
Andrew 'Jesus' Gould (guitar)
Stephen 'Branes' Mandl (bass)
Greg 'Dingle' Dingle (drums)
