Take the Willing are a hard-hitting metal/hardcore band hailing from Tauranga. The band formed in the beginning of 2006, and has already completed a nationwide tour with Blindspott and more recently a summer tour with fellow rockers The Bleeders, Blindspott and Full Nelson.
Take the Willing is made up by members Nathan Sowter (lead vocals), Kurt Andersen (guitar and backing vocals), Kaya Rayner (guitar) and Jayden Faass (drums). The band is quickly gaining a reputation up and down the country for their aggressive sound and captivating live set. In 2007 the lads are gearing up for a busy year, with plans to release their debut album ‘Fight Music’ in May, as well as new music videos, singles and a nationwide tour.
