22 year old singer/songwriter James Player has been writing and performing music since his first years at Onslow College in Wellington.
In the last 5 years James has been in several different Wellington based alternative rock bands including Komodo (lead guitarist), Last Band Standing (guitarist/backing vocals) and Cold Comfort (lead vocals/guitar).
James is currently on a working holiday in the UK (based in London) and will be travelling back to Wellington in January 2007 where he hopes to get his band up and running.
James has just finished recording 10 new songs in his personal home studio. His style can be described as Hard Rock with epic melodic vocal harmonies, powerful varying dynamics, grand chord progressions and clever song structure.
