Savage makes sale history

Savage made history this week, setting the highest Hip Hop sales record in Australasia with over 250,000 sold!!
The results are in, Savage the #1 Samoan MC from South Auckland has set a new music record for the highest selling Hip Hop single in Australasian music history by a local artist, with 'Swing' feat. Soulja Boy Tell'em, selling over 250,000 units in the US. |

Umm..OMC, who were quite clearly a hip hop band from South Auckland sold about 3 million copies of How Bizarre, over 200,00 of those just in Australia and NZ

That statement came from Dawn Raid.
You're spot on about OMC, I guess Dawn Raid don't consider OMC to be Hip Hop, which they aren't really... |
