The Flying Rhinos are a five piece alternative guitar pop band located in West Auckland.
They formed into their current membership in late 2003 after already existing as a church youth band. They decided that playing prescription church songs was not enough and wanted to break off and use their creativity to write original music.
Their music is a refreshing blend of alternative and pop rock drawing from pop bands of the sixties with a few modern influences.
