Luke Hurley
Bio
Luke Hurley was born in Kisumu in Kenya and moved to Gore at the age of 12. Luke is influenced by Paul Simon, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, John Renbourne, Bert Jansch, Jimi Hendrix, Richie Blackmore and Robert Johnson.
Offered a major international CBS record contract in the 1970s, Luke had a number 1 in the US uni charts in the late 70s. CHCH Star said "If Bob Dylan could play the guitar and sing he would be Luke Hurley"
Luke now lives in Auckland.
