Charlie ASH is pop, it's dance, it's punk, it's rock, it's fun. The current line-up features the two original punkette's Mailee Mathews and Rosie Riggir, and Guitarist Dave Khan, and Drummer Ben Michelson.
The bands exploding creativity has produced New Zealand's first 3D video Ah-hA (directed by Ed Davis), and an award winning musical (BOX). The O'Baby video (directed by Sally Tran), won the DIY Music Video Competition "Handle The Jandal (overall and best concept '06)" and the Couldn't Couldn't video (directed by Ed Davis) was selected by NME TV.
Charlie ASH has supported New Young Pony Club, ChicksOnSpeed, Ladyhawke, OKGO, The Slits and Juliette Lewis & the Licks!
