New Zealand band SONIC selected for NXNE, Canada

Auckland rock/pop outfit SONIC has been invited to play at Canada’s prestigious NXNE Music Festival in Toronto this June. SONIC was selected from thousands of acts world-wide, to take part in this 3 day musical extravaganza.
SONIC are just about to release their 3rd music video, for the song Elevator – a relentless riot of high energy, band performance and WWF style action. They are also working hard on completing their debut album, due out mid 2006.
In February, bass player, Amos Clarke and lead vocalist, Nikki Hartnett-Clarke were nominated at the Rock Factory Music Awards, held at the Studio in Auckland. Nikki went on to win the Best Female Vocalist of the Year Award for 2005. |
