Sara-Jane Auva'a has a smooth, soulful voice that inspires and moves her audiences. She has had a diverse singing career from leading Pacific Island groups to international jazz performances and has won international acclaim in all facets.
Sara-Jane Auva'a has featured in many Pacific Island groups. She was a member of top Pacific group Pacific Soul which spent 5 weeks on the top40-charts.com charts in the Top 30 World Top R'n'B songs and was the winner of 'Best Pacific Island Album' at the 2003 New Zealand Tui Music Awards and 'Best Polynesian Album' at the Hawaiian music awards.
She performed in the 2002 Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park to an audience of over 200,000 people which was then played on national television. At the APRA Silver Scroll Awards she performed Che Fu's winning song 'Misty Frequencies' at Auckland's Civic Theatre.
Sara is presently creating a solo Pacific album which will be released March 2004. She will be touring throughout the Pacific and America in Early 2004.
